Oxygen Deficient is a web comic that is run by four college students from Anchorage, Alaska. We attend college at our local college campus. Our comics are about the daily stresses and curiosities of college life, and life in general. Of course all college students know the kinds of things that run through your mind when your oceanography professor suddenly yells "Ahhh...Motorhome in the eye!!!!" or when you note that the muffins in your cabinet are out for world domination.
Unlike most college comics, our comic is not set in a dorm setting. It's from the perspective of college students who live, work and attend school in their own environment. Our characters all live in the same apartment complex and therefore are frequently, if not constantly, together. They face their challenges as a group and the complex personalities tend to lead to hilarious and ridiculous situations.
Our comic also has sideline story series like 'Short Lived Creatures,' 'The Muffin Saga,' and 'Gaming Life' and even more possibilities to come. These sidelines venture off into our personal interests, fantasies and ideas...which usually come to us at some o-dark hour of the morning. But it doesn't really matter where they come from does it...they're funny. And its our web page...so there's nothing you can do about it! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!
