ABOUT:

Welcome to Oxygen Deficient, a webcomic full of random & sometimes topical humor, reasonably pleasing aesthetics, and very nerdy tangents. We started up in 2005 and did a little bit of a reboot in 2009. If you're new to the site then you might want to head over to our archive to check out our older comics (2005-2008) which aren't listed on the main page with the current comics. Don't worry about getting up-to-date because there's no big story, you can jump in anywhere and you'll find a few small story-lines every now and then.

It's not just comics on the site, we also have our resident "advice expert" and windbag the Muffin Chat Muffin. He never hesitates to offer his own brand of advice in the form of responses to reader questions/comments. You can ask him yourself by tweeting at him directly [that's right, this site has a muffin with his own twitter], or shooting him an email.

CHARACTERS:

Since there isn't an over-arching storyline you won't find many "main characters." There are a few that make regular appearances (including the comic creators and friends), and mini story-lines have their own story-specific characters.
